New state family leave law requires new posters
Employers are required to post notices about the state’s new Paid Family and Medical Leave law where other employment-related notices and posters are displayed.
Employment Security also recommends that employers share a paystub insert with employees so that they understand the funds being withheld from their paychecks to help finance the benefit. In general, the new benefit allows eligible employees up to 12 weeks of paid leave to recover from a serious illness or injury or to care for a family member with a serious medical need.
You can learn more and download the required notices in several languages here.
