September 24 webinar: a legal perspective on partnering with charities

Businesses are increasingly soliciting charitable donations or sharing a portion of sales with charities or social causes. While this can be good for both sectors, it is important for all involved to understand Washington State regulations regarding these partnerships.

On September 24 at 10 a.m., Assistant State Attorney General Joshua Studor will present a one-hour webinar including useful guidance for companies ranging from corporations to small businesses. You’ll learn how to solicit donations that inform and protect consumers and companies alike.

Studor, who joined the Attorney General’s Office in 2014, was placed in charge of the Consumer Protection Division in March of 2018. Learn more and register here.
