  • Employee COVID-19 Accommodations and Leave Policies  July 21 at 11 a.m. (PT), Employers have to navigate a whole new set of leave scenarios and accommodations required during the COVID-19 pandemic. You will learn tips on administering employee health screening, federal COVID leaves and ways to meet accommodations requirements. Rose Gundersen, VP of Operations & Retail Services, is presenting courtesy of the Kent Chamber of Commerce.

  • Creating Digital Strategies that Convert: An Intro to Omni-Channel Retailing for Independent Retailers July 28 at 10 a.m. (PT), RS will host Julia Lara, Entrepreneur and Certified Business Advisor from the Washington Small Business Development Center, who will help independent businesses learn how to transition from traditional brick-and-mortar formats to omnichannel companies that incorporate digital approaches for their sales and marketing.
