She is a trusted adviser and prides herself on driving down the costs of a claim. She worked for the Department of Labor & Industries in the workers’ compensation department and was a management trainer for 5 years. Her experience is invaluable to the team.

Nancy directs outcomes while providing full reports of status and a plan for resolution of each claim. She provides constant communication to all members, no matter how small or large the claim may be.

Nancy provides claim analysis, loss/risk assessments and trend analysis reports and recommendations by location when needed. Nancy provides monthly, quarterly or yearly reviews for members.
