Johnathan Kirby Bio

Johnathan Kirby joined the Washington Retail Services team in July 2023 as the Safety & Member Services Assistant, a vital position to grow our range of safety services and projects.

Johnathan started developing his digital literacy skills at the age of 15 on social media. He became the community manager for online businesses to increase engagement and marketing after graduating from high school.

He also developed his entrepreneurial skills as an online reseller of clothing. Johnathan gained customer service experience through these online marketing and engagement roles and other in-person services positions.

Johnathan’s digital marketing background and his fluency with technology will further Washington Retail’s mission to inspire members to adopt quality safety practices through innovation and personable communication.

Johnathan is a graduate of Capital High School in Olympia and an avid pickleball player.
