Meet Dylan Ferro.

His passion is baseball, and he is a heavy hitter when it comes to managing our members’ workers compensation cases.

He maintains and updates cases regularly. Dylan is the first person to be notified when an accident occurs.

He updates all companies on communications coming from Labor & Industries and forwards the information to the appropriate claims analyst. Therefore, RS can get a jump on claims because of the early notices.

Dylan previously maintained a database for an independent medical review board located in the South Sound.
