OSHA reports most frequent safety violations
Companies are the most lax at communicating precautions to prevent injuries by falling on the job, according to the latest report by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
The report covers a review of citations issued between October 2018 and August of this year.
Other top safety oversights had to do with communication chemical hazards, number 2; danger from scaffolding, number 3; ladder safety, number 6; and the use of personal protective equipment such as goggles and helmets, number 10.
