Washington Retail is proud to offer industry-backed RISE Up training and credentials from the National Retail Federation Foundation.
This program provides a useful career path for high school and college students interested in retail careers. It stresses training in the sought-after soft skills needed in retail such as customer service, problem-solving and communications. It includes training in marketing, basic business operations and attention to safety in the workplace.
